Return policy

Fit just a tad off? Simply changed your mind? Not to worry, we’ll take it back within 14 days!

Please notify us of any RETURN at orders@dolceindunlap.com.

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately is 14 days have passed by since you received your purchase we can’t offer you a refund.

For your product(s) to be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • One of a Kind or Made to Order Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Cancelations

You can cancel orders from Dolce in Dunlap that have not entered the shipping process. To cancel your order, you must email orders@dolceindunlap.com. Orders that can be canceled will be refunded to the original payment method. If your order has already been shipped and you still wish to receive a refund, please refer to the return policy section and follow those instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.

Late/Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. If the refund still hasn’t been posted, please contact your credit card company. Then contact your bank. Refunds may take time to be processed. If your refund still hasn’t been issued please contact us via our Contact page.

Exchanges

We are not offering exchanges at this time. If you are interested in a different size or color, we recommend returning your original item and then repurchasing the correct item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied by the packing slip associated with your order.
